The Seaview Residence on Waiheke Island is a stunning example of modern living blended seamlessly with nature. Completed in 2023, this beachside family home was designed to open up to its beautiful surrounding landscaping, creating a relaxed yet contemporary vibe. Alisa Allison Interiors took charge of the entire spatial layout, ensuring the flow between indoor and outdoor spaces feels effortless and inviting.
We loved working with such a great client to craft every detail, from the customised kitchen cabinetry to the pool landscaping. The result is a relaxed, modern home that perfectly captures the essence of island living — bright, airy, and connected to its breathtaking surroundings. It’s a real highlight among our recent renovations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
