Striking, smart and with sea views, positioned in a thriving settlement in Scotte Bay, Auckland. It features only 4 comfort bedrooms, an open sunny-filled living area and 3 bathrooms in which created larger single area.

New architectural concept is given to this elegant house. The designer thought that everyone might be treated with a cozy and luxurious living even though the house is not achieved the multi-million.

Differing from other traditional houses, it’s uniquely composed with the white color weatherboard and decorated with black and white Titan board as the exterior cladding which in a consistent style way with the neighborhood.

The designer ingeniously arranges the ground floor toilet distanced to the living area as she wants to encourage more movements. The full screen glass well lighted and establishes more connection with the nature. 3.2-meter split-level is designed to release more space visually. Moreover, the glass corridor creates more chances to enjoy the soft view of the backyard.

We always believe that designing in mind and well-built will create a better society and better life to people. 

Now, this project has been completed by Mars Living Construction Team and get the bronze award of house of the year 2022.
