This project replaced the ubiquitous lean to at the rear of an existing villa in Auckland. Featured in the new works were bedrooms and a bathroom dug in below the ground line, a garden bridge with a complimentary grass ramp. A dry river bed was used for site drainage with rain water recycling system.
