Innovative renovation of a villa in Auckland featuring underground bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a garden bridge with a grass ramp, and a sustainable dry river bed drainage system with rainwater recycling.
This project replaced the ubiquitous lean to at the rear of an existing villa in Auckland. Featured in the new works were bedrooms and a bathroom dug in below the ground line, a garden bridge with a complimentary grass ramp. A dry river bed was used for site drainage with rain water recycling system.
