Second Chance - Architecture + Environment | ArchiPro

Second Chance

This project replaced the ubiquitous lean to at the rear of an existing villa in Auckland. Featured in the new works were bedrooms and a bathroom dug in below the ground line, a garden bridge with a complimentary grass ramp. A dry river bed was used for site drainage with rain water recycling system.

The client commented: “Your house is bloody beautiful mate. Well done. You are a genius and we are loving it “
