This house of meticulous style and quality was a renovation completed in 2015 for discerning clients in Grey Lynn. The job was a particularly challenging one as the front of the old house was 155mm out of level before the team started work, and then once they began, they discovered concrete poured throughout the old walls – which were out of plumb anyway. Needless to say, the new house looks spectacular, is level throughout and the clients are ecstatic with the finished result.
