Transforming an inner-city warehouse into an ecologically sustainable roastery and café, Seven Seeds showcases a transparent farm-to-cup experience while providing a stimulating environment for coffee enthusiasts and the public.
The project brief was to take an existing inner-city warehouse and transform it into the most ecologically sustainable roastery and café facility possible. The clients required a space in which they could work, grow, test and roast coffee while also providing an educational experience for the public. This building embodies their business goal of providing a stimulating environment that showcases a transparent relationship from farm to cup, and produces industry-leading coffee.
We are proud to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land upon which Seven Seeds stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.
