Shed 5 Ahuriri in Napier was originally a wool store, but is converted into retail and apartments. For this client two apartments were merged into one 360m2 apartment divided over 2 levels.

The steel structure has been left visible to maintain the industrial character of the building.

10 sky lights were added to get natural light into every room. Both storeys are connected through a light atrium.
