Dwell has been involved with Silverbrooke from early on in the subdivision, overseeing & coordinating the builders in conjunction with civil works. Value engineering, taking what we've learnt from the first set of townhouses into the second set and then into the duplexes, one of which has become the Silverbrooke Show Home.
