I'm an architectural photographer based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington, working throughout Aotearoa New Zealand. With over 25 years of experience, I work with architects, interior designers, developers and construction companies to create photography that captures the design, craftsmanship and character of the built environment. My approach combines an understanding of architecture with an artist's eye for light, composition and atmosphere. I photograph buildings not simply as objects, but as places shaped by people, purpose and their surroundings. Alongside architectural photography, I offer drone photography, moving image and construction documentation. My work has been recognised by the NZ Institute of Architects, and my personal photographic projects are held in the collections of Te Papa and the Alexander Turnbull Library. I believe good architectural photography should do more than show what a building looks like. It should communicate why it matters.
