This large two-storey home designed by Matz Architects features concrete wall panels and large openings and other fascinating elements. Our team was particularly pleased with the stair design. The jury described the large inner-city suburban house as “an elegant response to its site” which “makes an understated and respectful contribution to its neighbourhood”.
