Standing proudly in St Albans, we are particularly pleased with the renovation of this impressive townhouse. Work on the exterior included a roof upgrade from tiles to contemporary tray roofing, with the exterior cladding also upgraded using a high-quality Sto plaster system. Comfort and quality were the aims for this property’s interior, which was completely stripped and relined; this also provided the opportunity to ensure earthquake strengthening was carried out where required. Doors and windows were replaced and upgraded from single to double glazing and we also installed all the final touches such as new fixtures and fittings throughout the interior. Our work was not limited to the house itself and also included a refurbishment and earthquake strengthening of the pool.
