Clad in a combination of Central Otago schist, Western red cedar and plaster, there's a subtlety to the exterior, which does well to blend with the hillside surroundings.
The interior is no less outstanding, with dynamic 4.5m ceilings and extended doorframes emphasising the sense of space throughout. A handcrafted, solid oak staircase leads upstairs, where 22mm American White Oak flooring adds a touch of pure opulence. Black granite adorns the worktops in both the kitchen and walk-in pantry, while Fisher and Paykel appliances, supplied by Kitchen Things, make entertaining a breeze.
Internal speakers supplied by The Listening Post feature throughout the home, with the cinema room intended as the central entertainment venue.
A fully ducted heat pump system, supplied by Beatties, ensures there are no compromises when it comes to warmth.
