Stanmore Bay
Situated in Stanmore bay, Whangaparaoa with expansive northern views over the Hauraki up towards Orewa and beyond.
The brief was to completely rebuild the upper level with a high stud and raking ceiling throughout the living and kitchen. As you enter from the rear entry you are presented with 10m wide sliders leading out to the northern deck offering views throughout the entry, kitchen and living.
Construction will be starting early 2023 - we are excited to see this underway.
