Extensive renovations to rejuvenate this original Villa and re-order and organise its many additions for family living.

Starting as a re-imagining of a dated kitchen space with an in-cupboard laundry the original concept received such a positive response that works to update and re-plan the rest of the home were soon demanded.

Previously opening the front door and entering a cold closed off hallway BA+Ds design shrewdly changed the planning and utilised the 90s extensions form to invite and draw the family and guests through into a captivating living space that draws the calm of the established gardens inside.
