A compact residential property which really is an entertainers paradise!

This beautiful property has been a 2 stage process for the owners. In 2014 a new house was being built on the owners section and they engaged us to get a landscape design. The design soon came to life meeting our clients brief (as it stood at the time) which included an outdoor gas fireplace, louvre roof, built-in seating, built-in bar, raised planters, concrete courtyard just to name some!

The clients loved this space and by 2019 they returned to us wanting to add a swimming pool. With a curved property boundary and compact site it was key that we orientated and located the swimming pool in a position that would create useable areas while maximising our clients space.
