This commercial shopfitting project involved a full interior demolition followed by a carefully considered refurbishment, delivering a fresh and modern result aligned with Subway’s global brand standards and new Fresh 2.0 concepts. Working within a well-established retail design framework, our team delivered a space where “fresh” is reflected not only in the product offering but throughout the built environment. Signature brand colours were paired with light compact laminate finishes to create a crisp, durable interior—ideal for high-traffic retail and hospitality settings.
