Summerset Retirement Village
This is one of the largest villages in NZ Summerset Retirement portfolio. We shared our client’s vision to create a new direction and approach in the landscaping of retirement villages.
Client: RDT Pacific
Scope: Landscape design and construction, including hard and soft works. We employed our integrated landscape management (ILM) model to design and construct 4 stages of this urban multi-story retirement village.
We were engaged to team up with the architects to produce a high quality landscape within tight budget constraints. The landscape design accommodates bowls, petanque, outdoor chess, vegetable gardens, fruit trees and children’s play.
