Integrating the mechanical services into this architecturally designed residence called for innovative solutions and coordination with the architect, joinery suppliers and contractors.

Linear grilles with both the supply and return in one continuous grille were installed complementing the sleek and clean aesthetics the architect was after. Occupant comfort is maintained quietly and efficiently through the use of high-efficiency multi-split heat pumps that provide a good payback period saving money in the long term. A central hot water system on a ring main ensures that hot water is always available at fixtures, saving energy by reducing the volume of hot water generated and used.

This five-bedroom, four-bathroom house complete with a lift and basement parking for a small car collection pushed the boundaries in what was possible with design and construction and has been a benchmark for services integration into modern architecture.
