Sunny Side Up

Rogan Nash Architects presents Sunny Side Up, a contemporary residential project completed in 2023. This stunning single house is located in Auckland's Westmere, blending seamlessly into the urban fabric of the neighbourhood. The design encapsulates the essence of creating a space where one can enjoy the movement of the sun, share laughter, and indulge in food with family, even the beloved dog. 

The house features two gabled pavilions clad in Abodo timber, each uniquely expressed to break up the mass of the building. Internally, nature-inspired colours create a calming and restful atmosphere, while timber elements add warmth and personality throughout the space. Awarded with a Bronze Pin at the Best Awards for Residential design and winning the TIDA Architect Designed Kitchen award in 2025, Sunny Side Up exemplifies the innovative and thoughtful approach to architecture by Rogan Nash Architects.
