Viewed from the street, the new home presents a calm and contemporary façade with horizontal weatherboards, a square picture window and mature garden planting that softens the architecture.
Standing in the dining room, views extend towards the living area where bespoke dark grey cabinetry incorporates a fireplace. Above, a cedar-lined ceiling and sculptural pendant light bring warmth and character to the open-plan space.
The floor plan illustrates how Sunny Side Up is a contemporary family sanctuary. Carefully arranged open-plan living spaces, a beautifully detailed kitchen and generous outdoor entertaining areas are organised to maximise sunlight, natural ventilation and a seamless connection to the garden. Every space has been thoughtfully planned to support modern family life while celebrating craftsmanship and enduring materials.

The main bedroom is designed as a peaceful retreat, featuring a built-in oak headboard, soft white and tan bedding, and black wall-mounted reading lights.
The living room is centred around bespoke grey cabinetry with an integrated fireplace. A cedar-lined ceiling introduces warmth and texture, creating a comfortable place for family life.
From the dining room, large sliding doors open to the outdoor lounge with its pergola and outdoor fireplace. The cedar-lined skillion ceiling and feature pendant reinforce the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
The ensuite combines oak cabinetry with a green stone benchtop and custom mirror cabinet. Carefully crafted details and natural materials create a warm and elegant bathroom.
The separate lounge offers a quieter retreat within the home. A green velvet sofa, acoustic timber ceiling and sculptural wall light create a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
Standing beneath the centre of the cedar-lined skillion ceiling, the dining room enjoys views to the outdoor dining area and surrounding garden. The generous volume and natural light create a welcoming setting for everyday family life.
The kitchen island showcases its rounded oak detailing beneath feature pendant lights. Beyond, the deck with Hay outdoor lounge furniture extends the living spaces into the garden.
The outdoor lounge is sheltered beneath a Louvretec pergola and centred around an outdoor fireplace. A timber feature screen provides privacy while adding warmth and texture to the space.
At dusk, the approach to the home is both welcoming and understated. A softly illuminated front door with opaque glazing is framed by mature planting and a dark grey timber fence.
Viewed from the garden, the outdoor lounge flows seamlessly from the dining room. Cedar cladding and a gabled roof give the contemporary addition a warm and timeless character.
Viewed from the living room, the kitchen is defined by its sculptural island, bespoke rear cabinetry and restrained material palette. The composition balances functionality with refined detailing.
