These are brand-new premium townhouses located in the centre of Takapuna. the open-plan kitchen features the German Siematic S2 series with Gaggenau appliances, including a fully integrated refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The selected panels are SmartLaque velvet-matt in a graphite grey colour. The kitchen countertop is made of Dekton stone, with a waterfall design and a built-in lifting power socket on the countertop. The project was completed in 2021.
