Tangalooma Residence
About
Tangalooma Residence is an exclusive waterfront owner/occupied apartment complex located on the Sunshine Coast. The structure pays homage to the history of the site with the project taking on the name of the initial site residence.
This multi-residential complex consists of four penthouse style apartments, each occupying an entire level of approximately 400sqm. A major feature of this building is that each unit has a private lift from the basement to the unit, with the basement incorporating four cars/storage per unit.
Visitor access to the apartments is via a large four storey high foyer consisting of water features, a green wall, and an operable roof, allowing for an indoor/outdoor environment.
The site also features several communal benefits such as an entertaining area, pool, gym, basement, and catwalk to individual boat pontoons.
