This brand new, greenfield development houses TE’s (Tyco Electric) development arm and is a bespoke, state of the art facility. TMCo engineered the building and systems to effect sustainable business operations whilst ensuring both CapEx and OpEx were minimised.
Energy modelling provided significant reductions in plant size. TMCo provided electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and energy engineering.
