Nott Architects won the NZIA for Housing in Canterbury for the design of this property in Tekapo.
Because of the remoteness of this site in the high-country alpine location, this property was actually prefabricated in Timaru as timber units, then relocated and assembled onsite. I has glazed connection points, and was arranged in a 'U' shape, with verandas on the inside.
