The Foxton Water Tower
The once drab Foxton tower has been transformed into a multi-coloured glowing beacon of light. The lights have already enhanced the town’s profile, attracting tourists and creating a focal point for people in the centre of town.
fifth : season worked alongside the Rotary Club of Foxton, the Foxton Community Board, Horowhenua District Council, and the Rotary Club of Awapuni, to light-up the iconic water tower.
The LED lighting rig is set for a one hour cycle of changing colour displays, turning the industrial concrete water tower to bright multicoloured lights. It is programmable for special days and seasons such as Christmas and St Patricks day.
