A beautifully renovated 1930s home transitioning from Spanish Colonial to American Colonial style, featuring a new basement, pool, decks, and a terraced sub-tropical garden, previously owned by Auckland's late mayor, Sir Dove-Myer Robinson.
This 1930s home was originally stucco, but was renovated using a weatherboard; transitioning from Spanish Colonial to an American Colonial style. Late mayor of Auckland, Sir Dove-Myer Robinson, was a former owner. The significant changes also included a new basement level, pool and decks and a new terraced sub-tropical garden garden.
