Ongoing transformation of The Riverhead Mansion featuring custom mouldings by Accumen Shapes, utilizing locally manufactured lightweight profiles for an elegant finish.
Accumen Shapes are heavily involved in a grand project that began in 2016 and is still ongoing.
Samples of window and door trim details were provided prior to commencement of exterior detailing. These samples convinced the owner to change from importing wooden timber mouldings to using locally manufactured lightweight profiles in a smooth plaster finish, creating the same effect. All exterior mouldings and some interior mouldings have been custom manufactured by Accumen Shapes in DecraShape®, fourPLUS® and ShapeCrete®.
The mouldings are created from architect’s concepts which are ever-evolving and require many site visits. The end result will no doubt be very impressive!
