Just 16 kms from Sydney’s CBD at Wentworth Point, the Sanctuary community development is one of the latest by Sekisui House. The estate draws on Japanese design principles, showcasing luxurious and sophisticated finishes and is destined to be one of their premier multi-residential developments.
Curves have been incorporated throughout the interior drawing inspiration from the site’s waterside location. A flowing visual display has also been achieved with varying lengths of concealed fix Kabebari Battens in Kuri Masame lining the lobby walls.
External communal spaces within the estate also feature Covet Ever Art Wood battens.
Soffits of exterior balconies feature Kabebari plank battens while the exterior BBQ areas showcase Slimline Kabebari battens in rich Burakku Erumu.
