Toi Toi Grove masterplan is a large scale residential development within the existing Residential Zone of Nelson City. The development will cater for a low cost, comprehensive designed environment for the residences with large scale public spaces and walkways. Toi Toi Grove is proposing specific lot and dwelling designs to ensure that a high quality residential environment is provided for new dwelling occupiers, in terms of access to community open space, access to sunlight, provision of private space, and accessibility. The Toi Toi Grove residential development is considered to have a positive effect upon the environment for Nelson City.
