Our client found this amazing site nestled in Winstone Cove Torbay, with an historic home with a lot of potential. Its Bay of Islands type sweeping views and elevated position was calling out for a traditional style build to be sympathetic to the original character. With a large majority of the original home having had multiple renovations during its life, we agreed to create a design that would feel and function like it was there from day 1. Bringing character detailing throughout the home, this home will be an architectural standout upon completion expected May 2021.
