Originally an old cottage, now transformed into a contemporary exterior with the use of solid concrete in collaboration with Innovate Architects. There is a playful use of stone throughout the home using lovely combinations of natural stone on bench tops floors and walls in the bathrooms. To stay timeless and not date, there is a mixture of styles throughout the home that work and compliment each other without confining the home to one trend. There is beautiful custom feature wall panelling, rattan details on joinery items, recycled glass panelled doors and special wallpapers, in particular in the kids bedrooms!
A design feature is the built in ‘banquette’ seating which is a solution to a long narrow dining/ living space. This makes use of a small space with smart design features and layout.
