UEM Sunrise is a Malaysian-backed developer that developed Melbourne CBD’s tallest building, the Aurora Melbourne tower.

UEM chose to partner with Contour to design their new headquarters on the sixth floor of their new 84-storey mixed use development.

The combination of premium quality design and construction under one roof was appealing to the development company, which needed to be able to spend time on their own projects. The space needed to reflect the high-end development that UEM had undertaken, and this was established through the stunning combination of timber, stone and raw exposed services.

The conclusion was an inspiring space that evokes quality and class while providing a functional workspace for the development team.
