Located on a narrow and challenging site on the central coast, our clients asked us to maximise the full potential for their site and provide an upmarket residential development.

Within a short walk to the beach lays a development designed to house 6x large boutique luxury units over basement car parking. This design incorporates sleek, curved forms that blend the development into the suburban street. The earthly/coastal colours and landscaping have been specifically designed to resonate with the suburban surroundings.
