ArchiPro Project Summary - Contractor-led design and build of 90 new accommodation beds featuring 16 two-storey townhouses on the Dovedale Campus, utilizing factory prefabrication technology for timely completion before Christmas 2017, with student occupancy starting February 2018.

The project is a contractor-led design and build package for 90 new accommodation beds. There are 16 two-storey townhouses built on the Dovedale Campus tennis courts next to the Campus Living Villages.

Using factory prefabrication technology, the townhouses will be completed prior to Christmas 2017 with students moving into the new accommodation in February 2018. TMCo are providing bespoke engineering to Naylor Love for all disciplines (services, fire, civil, energy and structural).
