We were approached by the home owners after they had been through a tendering phase with their designer that had yielded widely different quotes, all of which where over their budget.

By listening to what they actually wanted, and amending their plans within the guidelines of their existing approvals we were able to give them everything they were after, for the budget they had, and we got it passed through Council as a Planning Variation, saving them thousands in build cost and Council fees!

This addition was about providing the Clients with the ability to move their family back into the family home and support the husbands mother ageing in place.

The addition has proven to perform fantastically throughout the seasons, and by providing a clear and air tight separation between the new and the old we provided the Natasha and Jed with all of the benefits of an Energy Efficient home for them and their family!
