By listening to what they actually wanted, and amending their plans within the guidelines of their existing approvals we were able to give them everything they were after, for the budget they had, and we got it passed through Council as a Planning Variation, saving them thousands in build cost and Council fees! This addition was about providing the Clients with the ability to move their family back into the family home and support the husbands mother ageing in place.
