It is hard to believe this charming central-city villa was a story of the ugly duckling who became the elegant swan. In a partnership between Craftbuilt and Paragon Developments this villa was carefully and expertly renovated to restore its heritage appearance. Every item of exterior character carefully remade from fretwork, corbels, balusters, finials and more to preserve the essence of the property. A truly remarkable transformation bringing the old lady into the modern world.

“We used craftbuilt to help us build a fire surround for our new gas fire. We were looking for something that would be in-keeping with our heritage home but would also work with our modern extension. They had a great range of products to suit our needs and we’re very happy to customise these to meet our needs. Throughout the process I found Simon easy to contact and discuss any concerns or queries we had. He assisted our builder to ensure that what we were doing worked with the new fire surrounds. His advice and expertise was much appreciated by both my builder and myself. We were thrilled with the finished product and just can’t fault the amazing job craftbuild have done. Highly recommend them!”
