Downright Construction was approached by an independent working professional in her 60s who wanted to build her dream home from the ground up. She had specific requirements in terms of communication, transparency, and quality. She wanted a modern home that would offer exceptional sea views and be ideal for entertaining friends and family.

Downright Construction was able to provide the client with a quality home that exceeded her expectations. The ground level floor consisted of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open- plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area with large bifolding doors that opened onto a beautiful covered Kwila hardwood deck. This space was perfect for entertaining and enjoying the sea views. The upper level featured a large rumpus/ second lounge or bedroom with a walk-in robe and bathroom. The large sliders opened up onto a small deck where the client could enjoy the view.

The client is extremely proud of her new home and loves having friends and family over to share it with them.
