A tired but incredible arts & crafts home on the banks of the Waikato River was given a major overhaul. Interior spaces were reconfigured and given a cosmetic face lift honoring the character and history of the home. The exterior was altered to create an entrance with some serious 'wow' and to improve the overall flow of this family home.
