1887 Historic villa restored and extended for modern multi-generational living.
Set on a generous rural plot near Waihi Beach, this historic villa has been thoughtfully restored and extended for modern multi-generational living. Retaining the home’s original character, the renovation introduces contemporary comforts, including a drop-down lounge, master suite, laundry, and outdoor entertaining zones. Surrounded by mature trees and avocado farms, the result is a sophisticated, timeless family home that balances heritage charm with relaxed and private, modern living.
