The original home was a small, rundown historical villa packed with character but screaming out for restoration! The home is located on a sizable rural plot & is surrounded by mature trees and avocado farms. Just a stone's throw away from Waihi Beach, this home offers an enviable lifestyle - rural seclusion just minutes from the beach! The brief called for the villa to be renovated in a way that was sympathetic to the original homes character whilst injecting all of the luxuries of modern day living. It also required an extension to be added to accommodate a drop down lounge, master suite, laundry & outdoor entertaining zones. The result, a sophisticated & timeless family home that accommodates 3 generations with ease!
