Contemporary coastal vernacular has inspired the architectural presence and enhance the character of the local area. The homes have been designed in pairs with an offset from one other to articulate the built form and offer additional privacy to each dwelling.
The project has been developed under a Build-to-Rent scheme, with each dwelling comprising 2 car spaces, 2 bedrooms, a private courtyard and a large north-facing covered balcony over 3 levels. The architecture is influenced by the lifestyle of the locality and reflective of the character of the surrounding area.
To improve the livability of future dwellers, a generous common area has been provided to assist in social gatherings, all of which will be surrounded by quality landscaping and high-end finishes and appliances. The dwellings address the street with architecturally treated pedestrian entries, affording a sense of ownership and independence to the residences.
