3DAV is a company based in Hamilton, New Zealand, specialising in photo realistic 3D renders for residential and commercial projects.

Set up in April 2016 by Patrick Wood, 3DAV has been working on a wide variety of projects all over New Zealand and internationally.

At 3DAV what we do is very straight forward, we provide Exterior and Interior 3D renders to showcase your design as effective and eye catching as possible.

At every step of the design process, from the CAD files and floor plans, to the final render of the property, 3DAV provides constant feedback to ensure your project is created exactly how you envisioned it.

Recently we have taken the usual approach of creating 3D environments to the next level with the use of Virtual Reality.​

With Virtual Reality anyone can walk around and explore their own home in a highly detailed environment and even go for swim in the pool if they so wish.

Virtual Reality creates a unique and memorable experience that can be shared with anyone in the world which truly feels like you are already in your own home.
