Modern Contemporary
This was an ex-state house that was completely redesigned to give it the modern contemporary feel from the inside and externally from the rear. By comparison from the front the raw characteristic of the ex-state house were still out for show with pop out concrete feature windows pulling the new to the old.
The client’s brilliant eye for detail resulted in the scope of works extended beyond that of the initial budget. The end result however was perfection with a very happy team and client.
