Pushing to the physical parameters of its site, this design challenges the conventional family house layout. Rooms are formed around the nucleus of a central garden courtyard with swimming pool, separating two distinct zones of occupation, each exhibiting a range of social and private spaces to enjoy.
The building shape clearly delineates the site’s landscape into functions of arrival, alfresco, play and utility. An urban family property is created with no extraneous land.
