A coastal-inspired four-bedroom home featuring a dynamic layout, luxurious finishes, and expansive views of the Tasman, designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living and ideal for entertaining.
Natural Wonder
Robust and horizontal in form, mimicking its coastal surroundings, this impressive new build features an expansive northern view across the Tasman.
No detail has been forgotten, with bedroom windows angled to frame the vistas beyond the port, and natural tones in the luxurious bathroom.
The home's split-level, indoor-outdoor flow extends to a theatre-like space in which to cosy up in, making the most of the ocean view and ensuring alfresco dinner parties are sheltered from prevailing westerlies.
The dynamic layout challenges and the traditional idea of a kitchen, dining and living area, transforming it into a family space ideal for a beachy lifestyle.
The four-bedroom house is clad in honed block with subtle corbelled imperfections to match the existing western fenceline and reflect the rugged coastline.
Timber slats accentuate the recesses in the building's exterior and bring texture and warmth to the interior. Contrasting with the wood is a sleek black kitchen, with grey Caesarstone benchtop to reflect the exterior finishes.
