What started out 2 days before handover, last month, as an unfortunate disaster has turned into a big positive. We appreciate things can go wrong and nothing is perfect; the way the guys have worked over the last 2 days has by far exceeded our expectations and we just wanted to thank you all as we do appreciate it is a busy time of the year and everyone is running around to complete work before they head off on the Christmas Break. It was comments we overhead today that made us feel very special and the fact that not one Tradesman in our home pointed the finger of responsibility for what happened, this shows true professionalism.
