Dryden offers FREE samples stained to your requested colour on a generic cedar block representing bandsawn or a dressed face. Note: This is a colour representation only. Timber samples will be applied with a minimum of 2 coats. These are available to order free of charge for products WoodOil, WoodMaster and OilStain to help you find the perfect colour for your next project.
Dryden samples are available to display our range of Colourtone+ colours used in Dryden WoodOil, Dryden OilStain and Dryden WoodMaster.
WoodOil Clear
Note: Dryden WoodOil Clear is not available to order in Liquid or Timber samples, however, resembles the colour of wet timber. When Dryden WoodOil is applied in exposed areas, the timber will weather naturally and silver over time.

Note: OilStain Clear is not available to order in Liquid or Timber samples, however, resembles the colour of wet timber. When Dryden OilStain is applied in exposed areas, the timber will weather naturally and silver over time. Dryden OilStain samples are available on Pine or Kwila only.

WoodMaster
Note: WoodMaster is not available to order in Liquid or Timber samples, however, samples are given in Dryden WoodOil as a demonstration of the colour.
Dryden WoodMaster is available in the same WoodOil and OilStain colour range, which allows indoor and outdoor flow when using the same timber species.

Timber influence on colour
Note: The final finished colour when using stains and oils on timber will be influenced by the timber type, grain, colour and density, as oils and stains are transparent, therefore, they interact with the timber.
