At Concepts by Gavin Hepper, we are passionate about delivering timeless, functional, and sustainable designs.
When it comes to selecting materials that align with these values, Neolith is a surface we regularly specify for our clients—and for good reason.
Neolith's innovative architectural surfaces offer the perfect marriage of beauty, durability, and sustainability.
We've proudly used and specified Neolith for the past decade, across some of our most celebrated projects, showcasing its versatility across a wide range of applications.
Sustainability That Leads the Way
Sustainability is no longer a ‘nice-to-have’—it’s a necessity. Neolith takes this responsibility seriously. Manufactured from 100% natural raw materials, including recycled content (up to 52%), Neolith surfaces are produced with a minimal environmental footprint.
Their production process is powered by renewable energy sources, features water recycling systems, and results in extremely low CO₂ emissions. With certifications such as LEED, Greenguard, and NSF, Neolith surfaces support our mission to create healthier, greener homes for our clients without compromising on luxury or performance.
Choosing Neolith is a conscious decision towards more sustainable building practices.
Unmatched Benefits and Features
Neolith isn’t just about looking good—it performs at the highest level. Fit-for-purpose key features include:
Ultra-durability: Resistant to scratches, heat, UV rays, and stains.
Hygienic: Non-porous and antimicrobial, ideal for food-safe environments.
Low maintenance: Easy to clean with no need for harsh chemicals.
Lightweight: Despite its incredible strength, it’s light enough for easier installation.
Customisable: Available in large formats, various thicknesses, and an endless array of finishes and textures.
It’s these benefits that make Neolith a go-to for both interior and exterior applications across so many of our projects.

A Material as Versatile as Our Designs
One of the reasons we continually specify Neolith is its incredible versatility. Across our projects, we have utilised Neolith in a variety of ways, highlighting its flexibility and aesthetic appeal:
Kitchens: In the Oxford Project and Springshome, Neolith's elegant surfaces delivered striking, durable kitchen benchtops that stand up to daily use without losing their luxury appeal.
Bathrooms: For sleek, low-maintenance vanities and wall cladding that transform bathrooms into spa-like sanctuaries.
Outdoor Alfresco Kitchens & BBQ Areas: Projects like Seafoam showcased Neolith’s UV and weather resistance, perfect for outdoor kitchen spaces that need to withstand Australia’s harsh conditions.
Fireplaces: At Old Coast and Oxford Project Neolith created dramatic, heat-resistant fireplace surrounds that combine form and function beautifully.
Bars and Wine Cellars: Neolith’s luxurious look and practical properties made it an ideal choice for bespoke bar tops and wine cellar cladding, elevating the entertaining spaces.
Across every setting, Neolith’s ability to mimic natural materials like marble and travertine —without the maintenance or environmental impact—enables us to achieve truly breathtaking results for our clients.
