- Ask builders about rough costings in your area
- Become the expert and understand the value of different sections
- Which homes are available on the market, understand their value, before you look seriously for your own project.
- Find out the value of the section and approx. the value of a new build
- Find our what the approx. finished value is. (talk with an experienced valuer)
- Overcapitalizing has caused a lot of trouble, tears and often has torn people apart.
- The better you do your research, the more confident you become.
