We’re proud to share that our 'Shore Thing' build in Rangitahi Peninsula has received a Gold Award and a Regional Category Award at the 2026 Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards.

Named Shore Thing, the 196m² coastal home was thoughtfully designed to create a relaxed, low-maintenance place to live, with plenty of room for visiting family and friends.

The two-level home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and north-facing covered balconies overlooking Rangitahi Peninsula and the estuary. Its light-filled upper level includes an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, a fireplace, sunny window seat and designer kitchen.

Downstairs, additional bedrooms, a bathroom and separate deck provide guests with their own private space, while the garage and workshop offer practical storage for surfboards, tools and other beach essentials.
