What a night! We got all dolled up and headed to the HIA Awards Victoria held at Crown Palladium, with a mix of anticipation and excitement – and we weren’t disappointed! APC Build proudly brought home six awards! From the moment the first award was announced, our cheers and high-fives set the tone for a night full of celebration and pride in our work, our team, and our clients.

It’s one thing to create projects we’re proud of, but getting this kind of recognition for them? Next-level! Here’s a look at what won us all the applause:
- Kitchen of the Year, Renovated Bathroom up to $40K, New Kitchen $40-80K, and Renovation/Addition $1.5-2M – all for our Viridescent Project. This home turned out to be something really special, with passive-home principals and architecturally specified selections and gardens there is no wonder this stunning home took out 4 awards! Special shout out to Chan Architecture for their always clever designs.
- Victorian Outdoor Project for our Country Living Project – because who doesn’t love a luxurious outdoor oasis? This one was crafted with the tranquillity of nature and the best of outdoor living in mind.
- Custom Built Home $3-5M for our French Provincial Grandeur project. This impressive home is as grand as its name suggests, blending timeless elegance with meticulous detail to make a families dream home come to life.
As the night rolled on, each award brought bigger smiles and louder cheers. Our team has put their heart and soul into these projects, and it showed.

The excitement doesn't end there! We recently attended the HIA Northern Victoria Awards in Mitchellstown, where we added three more accolades to our growing list:
