On budget and On-time despite the challenges
BIM Projects Limited collaboration with JM Architecture. The original scheduled handover date was Friday, 7th November 2024. Despite facing an unexpected supplier delay out of Auckland for the kitchen and laundry benchtops, we successfully completed handed over of the project on Monday, 11th November 2024—just four days later.
Even with this challenge, our team ensured the project remained on budget and delivered with the quality and attention to detail our clients expect. This renovation is a reflection of our commitment to navigating obstacles seamlessly while keeping our clients’ vision at the heart of the process.
